Simple Winter Outfit : Sweater & Jeans OOTD

February 13, 2019

It’s already Wednesday – this week is going by so fast! The simple winter outfit I am sharing today has received amazing feedback on Instagram. And it’s so easy to put together with items from your wardrobe. I always feel like we compromise our look for warmth and comfort which I do 90% of the time ahah. With this simple winter outfit, you can check off both boxes!

Cozy knits are a must have in the dropping nyc temps and turtleneck sweaters are even better! This sweater is a couple of seasons old, but it has held up amazingly. I just tuck them into these Levi’s jeans. These jeans were super long on me and you might have seen a couple of other outfits with these jeans…buttt they look a little different because i chopped the bottoms off! Took a pair of random scissors and had my dad help me snip snip and then ruffle the bottoms. Now they fit perfectly length-wise! #shortgirlprobs right? And tie the entire look together with some pumps which instantly helps elevate the look!

A million and one thanks for reading – until my next lil’ thought then!

This is pretty much what I’ve been wearing all winter, except for boots or sneakers instead of pumps 😛 I have one pair of jeans that are too long on me that I’ve been meaning to snip, but I haven’t gotten around to it yet — I’m so scared! -Audrey | Brunch at Audrey’s
